NLP - NLP - Neuro-Linguistic Programming
NLP is a collection of different methods for working with people, based on insights gained from linguistics, neuro-physiology, behavioural therapy, hypnosis, systemic theory and psychology.
NLP makes us aware of the drivers determining our experience and how much direct influence we have over their creation. Neuro-linguistic programming describes how people:
- Perceive themselves and their environment
- Individually process this information
- Act on the basis of this process
- Communicate with each other
- Learn and change
